Technical Experience: Experience with established and emerging technology systems and services such as: Full set live meeting and event support, livestreams, and support of fully virtual events, learning management systems, digital signage, projection systems, PC and Mac hardware and software, AV/IT control and switching equipment, audio amplifiers and mixers, projection equipment, lecture capture, and video recording and production equipment. Other staff in the group also support meetings, events and the teaching and learning mission of BU by providing best-in-class support to BU’s faculty and students in their use of classroom technology.
