Pathways for Qualification Based on New Jersey Guidelines If a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), you must at least have one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities; OR. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, or social work, you must at least have one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities; OR.
