The Inventory Specialist is responsible for performing higher-level inventory functions within the company's ERP system, including completing inventory receipts, creating and maintaining inventory items, developing accurate product descriptions and part information, creating and managing storage bins, processing inventory transfers, and maintaining accurate physical and electronic inventory records. Identify networking, telecommunications, data center, and related equipment using manufacturer labels, part numbers, serial numbers, physical characteristics, internal records, technical documentation, online research, and other available resources.
