Responsibilities are to demonstrate solutions, optimize product utilization, foster positive customer business relationships, identify and develop product expansion opportunities, and support the marketing team; in the communication of sales support materials, at promotional events and to gather data for market and competitive analysis.
li> Automate & Validate: Tie compensation directly to verified data structures within Salesforce and Looker, removing the manual spreadsheet tracking burden from sales managers and finance partners while ensuring maximum transparency. Motivate with Intent: Design, implement, and govern a coherent, unified sales incentive framework that aligns supply teams with core business priorities (contracted margin, marketing fund utilization, and cost savings).

The Financial Services Sales Enablement Specialist will work directly with 4-5 partner-level financial advisors to generate new sales opportunities, support a longer-cycle retirement plan and wealth management sales process, nurture existing client relationships, and create client-facing presentations and materials. Under the general supervision of a Partner or Director of Sales, you will begin with an in-depth training program to gain technical knowledge of retirement plan solutions, financial services offerings, and effective advisor support practices, as well as learn the firm's value proposition to support our clients' needs and passions.
