Conduction/Regional Anesthesia: Including but not limited to Epidural Analgesia/ Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, IV regional blocks (bier block), infiltration blocks, plexus blocks with and without catheter placement (brachial, supraclavicular, lumbo-sacral), peripheral nerve and field blocks, epidural blocks (caudal, lumbar, thoracic), and subarachnoid blocks using nerve stimulation or ultrasound. * Pain Management: Including, but not limited to initial consultations, longitudinal management, opioid management, performing and managing sympathetic blocks, spinal injections, radiofrequency ablation, trigger point injections, joint injections, differential nerve blocks, botulinum toxin injections, spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal pump delivery system therapies.
