This includes processes for the classification of products, software, technology, and technical data, working with product and engineering teams to establish appropriate ECCN and USML classifications and may require submission of classification determination requests, including CCATS, as appropriate. The position works closely with business leadership, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Legal, Trade Compliance, and other AMETEK functions to maintain effective compliance programs while enabling efficient business execution.
