Stockbridge has approximately $27.4 billion of assets under management spanning all major real estate property types, and certain specialty property types with an emphasis on residential and industrial space throughout the U.S. The firm has offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and Phoenix. Advanced proficiency in Argus and Excel, with demonstrated financial modeling experience including complex deal structures, portfolios, and/or waterfalls; familiarity with leasing and portfolio management platforms (e.g., VTS, Yardi, CoStar) is preferred.
