Demonstrates consistent and proficient knowledge, skills, and dispositions required to implement coordinated approach to the delivery of health, substance abuse, mental health, and social services, linking consumers with appropriate services to address specific needs and achieve stated goals. It recognizes and reinforces individual positive behavioral change, as evidenced by drug tests that are negative for stimulants along with individual counseling, medication management, family and group counseling, and/or mediation-assisted treatment (MAT).
