At St. Francis Hospital, on-site services include diagnostic imaging and radiology, emergency medicine care in a Level IV trauma center, a family birth center with all-private labor and delivery suites, in addition to 3D digital screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy, and a full range of other womens health services and education. Common cases include chest pain evaluations, transient neurologic symptoms, syncope, appendicitis, mild heart failure exacerbations, asthma exacerbations, low-risk trauma, and other conditions requiring short-term observation and treatment.
