You will collaborate closely with physicians, primary care providers, nursing services, cardiac rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, and hospital teams to support patients with hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular disease, and other cardiovascular conditions throughout Viroqua, Vernon County, and the Driftless Region.
