Position Specifics: The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care, including evaluation and management of acute concerns, chronic disease management, routine follow up visits, preventative care, medication management, review and follow up of diagnostic testing, patient education with the assistance of the Professional Staff Nurse if needed. Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
