You'll build genuine relationships with residents, assist with admissions and transitions, support social engagement and activities, help connect residents and families with resources, and serve as a caring presence when residents need encouragement or assistance. Working under the direction of a licensed Social Worker, you'll provide hands-on support to residents and families while helping address their social, emotional, and everyday needs.
