$90,000 - $120,000 a year
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive care Develop and manage treatment plans and medication therapies Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Manage chronic care programs (CCM) Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care Participate in a shared weekend call rotation
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida ARNP license (or ability to obtain) Board Certification as FNP or Adult-Gerontology NP 2+ years of experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient care skills EMR experience required (eClinicalWorks is a plus)
Location This role supports our network of clinics across Southwest Florida.
