You’ll work three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times based on Emergency Department needs, including 5:45 PM, 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, 6:45 PM, or 7:00 PM, along with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. Uses the nursing process and evidence based practice to develop and implement the plan of care, collect assessment data for each patient, determine appropriate nursing diagnoses, identify expected patient outcomes, determine the plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
