Qualifications: Education Level: Vocational/Technical/Business School - Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program - Current registration/license in the state where employed - Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification Job-Related Experience - Customarily has at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field.
