In this role, you will obtain vital signs, assisting patients to chair or stretcher, offering patients with warm blanket, snacks, and drinks, providing emotional support, and daily laundry needs. Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate) and report any significant changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
