Position Specifics: Providerwould hold an independent patient panel in which they would be responsible for new, established and acute visits, annual wellness visits; order appropriate testing, review results and management patient conditions appropriately; manage provider in-basket messages from patients, staff and other providers; Appropriately refer patients to specialists when warranted; collaborate with supervising or collaborating physician; complete CME, licensure and certification requirements; complete accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, messages and review of testing results. Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
