Our IHM community includes 224 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, along with 56 skilled and transitional care units, designed to support residents through changing health needs while maintaining dignity, comfort, and meaningful community connections. Working as part of a dedicated care team, you'll assist with daily living activities, monitor resident well-being, respond to resident needs, and help create a safe, positive environment where residents can thrive.
