Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; strong progressive care and telemetry experience; previous float pool experience; proficiency in intravenous medication titration, cardiac rhythm interpretation, bilevel positive airway pressure management, ostomy care, drains, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, and lumbar drains; experience with EPIC required; Telemetry competency required. Patient populations may include cardiac stepdown, cardiac observation, post-cardiac procedures, trauma, surgical, neurological, respiratory, renal, and general medical-surgical cases.
