Subspecialty programs supporting the NICU include pediatric surgery, pediatric anesthesia, pulmonary, neurology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, nephrology, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, as well as an active high-risk MFM service. We are the only hospital in New England verified as a Comprehensive Hospital by the American College of Surgeons Quality Verification Program, and just the second in the country, to earn this highest-level designation for surgical quality and safety.
