Collaborate with respiratory therapy staff who manage breathing treatments, inhalers, ABGs, and respiratory equipment such as BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow O2; RN role is to monitor patients accordingly. Adhere to scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend coverage, potential holiday rotation, and flexibility to float to other Medical Surgical, MS-Tele, or IMC units as needed.
