We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Chesterfield, Macomb, Macomb Township, New Baltimore, Shelby Township, Utica, Washington, Washington Township, Clinton Township, Fraser, Harrison Township, Mount Clemens, Roseville, and surrounding areas. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and home safety, developing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
