Utilizing clinical knowledge and advanced problem solving skills, functions as the primary champion and spokesperson for all non-physician clinical care givers and is the bridge between local, regional and enterprise IS organizations and end-users working collaboratively with the IS Support Team, Nursing Leadership, and selected technology companies to impact change for ongoing optimization of clinical information systems and associated applications. Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations and departments, including a broad understanding of physician and clinical staff workflows, patient care, quality assessment and improvement, and with the proven ability to guide the planning and adoption of applications integral to the clinical environment.
