The Certified Nurse Midwife at Prevea Health is responsible for full scope of midwifery services, including GYN throughout the life-cycle, prenatal education, attending childbirth, providing encouragement during labor and delivery, and supervising the general care of women and children directly after birth. Provides primary care to women, which includes the following: Obtains histories and perform appropriate medical exams; conduct health screening procedures; diagnose, treat, and monitor common and acute health care problems; and provide health education.
