Monitors, changes provide cares for catheters or appliance including PICC dressing changes, LVAD dressing changes, Pluer-evac, Ostomy, ileostomy, Foley, Suprapubic, Flush IV PICC lines as ordered and assist with IV infusions. Partners and participates with the RN Case Manager in the ongoing review and facilitation of the care plan, patient treatments, including request of interventions, status of and goal setting as well as family/caregiver needs for the patients that are assigned.
