Unit Information: 14 beds, 26 staff members, patient ratios generally 2:1, equipped with vents, pumps, swan ganz catheters, CRRT, chest tubes, and occasionally balloon pumps and Impellas. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a 14-bed ICU setting, assisting with advanced procedures such as hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT, ICP, EVD, ventilator management, proning, thoracentesis, and trach care.
