Working closely with customers, Business Units, project managers, commercial teams, legal counsel, contract managers, and internal stakeholders, you will help align customer requirements with business priorities, support the resolution of complex issues, and facilitate communication across multiple functions. The role includes managing customer relationships, coordinating contract and terms and conditions negotiations, and pre-order and post-order activities, addressing execution challenges, assisting with risk mitigation activities, and supporting governance processes.
