Working closely with the Director, Service Supervisor, Client Services Manager, and office team, the Clinical Associate helps ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care that supports each client's dignity, independence, and quality of life at home. This role serves as a clinical resource for caregivers and office staff, conducts client assessments and required supervisory visits, develops and oversees individualized care plans, and coordinates services to support positive outcomes.
