Dual licensure in WA & OR is required within 120 days of hire for All current Oregon locations and Eastern Washington regional locations: Sunnyside IC, Grandview Medical, Mountainview, Valley Vista, Miramar Kennewick, Miramar Pasco, Family Medical Center, Unify Mission, Unify Northeast. This position requires the ability to travel and have reliable transportation for possible coverage at surrounding Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) sites, as assigned.
