Accepts authority and responsibility for staff/physicians collaborations to enhance patient care through the flow of information by establishing, utilizing and maintaining effective communication system within and outside the Cath Lab. Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and controls operations of all invasive procedures in the Cath Lab to meet MLH corporate and departmental goals and objectives while directing, coordinating, and developing policies, procedures, and processes for the department.
