Perform high quality care as defined by the child’s individual Plan of Care, within scope of Indiana’s state nurse practice act including but not limited to infusion services, wound care, routine and nonroutine lab draws, clinical assessment, cath and/or trach care, nursing level respite care. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a high regard for compassion, someone who is willing to lead with responsibility and accountability, and is confident at applying skilled nursing processes to deliver safe, high-quality in-home patient care to children to achieve the best outcomes for each and every little one they care for.
