Provide the required nursing care for assigned residents in the area of Activities of Daily Living using proper technique to include: mouth care, bathing, dressing, grooming, hair, and nail care; shaving, toileting; feeding/assistance with eating; maintaining hydration; and mobility as outlined in the care plan. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Provide the assistance necessary when giving residents the following Activities of Daily Living nursing care: oral hygiene; bathing; dressing and grooming; hair and nail care; shaving; toileting; assistance with meals, nourishments and transportation to meal service areas, and mobility.
