Common Surgeries we see- Hysterectomy, hernia repair, Thyroidectomy, lap cholecystectomy, lap appendectomy, excision of endometriosis, robotic prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and transurethral resection of the prostate. Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
