Partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams, this role acts as a change agent to improve performance, quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction through Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and data-driven decision-making while delivering sustainable business results aligned with organizational goals. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
