The BJC Registered Nurse Career Ladder promotes professional development, leadership, collaboration, education and service excellence and gives staff the opportunity to continue doing what they do best - caring for patients - while having the opportunity to advance to the next step in their career. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medication, monitoring patient progress, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
