Collaborate in the development of innovated educational materials for staff to support in-services presented to staff, by serving as the orientee's mentor, coach, and preceptor, completing of new orientees' orientation paperwork, reviewing orientees progress weekly with Registered Nurse Clinical Team Coordinator. While performing all aspects of the Registered Nurse Inpatient position of providing treatment and care to the specific age of patients served, this position will assess the developmental needs for staff and will plan, organize, perform, and creates educational programs or in-services to address those needs.
