Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting managing a 1:2 or 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio across Surgical ICU (Trauma/Neuro) and Medical/Cardiac ICU units. Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates who have worked full-time, part-time, or PRN at any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year are not eligible.
