Required Qualifications: 36 months of RN experience, with at least one year in an ICU environment; current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale; ability to care for 1-3 ICU patients, manage ventilators, read telemetry strips, and perform procedures such as post-op CABG, Impella, balloon pumps, Swan Ganz, and neuro procedures for aneurysmal hemorrhage; proficiency in Meditech electronic documentation system. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing services, including managing ventilated patients, performing advanced hemodynamics, and supporting post-operative cardiac procedures in a fast-paced environment.
