Bachelor’s Degree with a Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health nursing care to individuals with mental illness or emotional disturbance under the supervision of a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse or Associate’s Degree with a Minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health nursing care to individuals with mental illness or emotional disturbance under the supervision of a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity,and market conditions.
