To ensure compliance with the following United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs, each having its separate regulations: National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Primary Purpose: To safely and efficiently perform cleaning and sanitation, food preparation, food safety, and serving procedures while serving healthy, nutritious, and appealing meals to students, staff, and families.
