Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, management, economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.10+ years of proven experience as a Treasurer or in a relevant senior financial role, preferably within a broker-dealer, capital-markets, wealth-management, investment-management, trust, or banking environment. Capital and Balance-Sheet Management Provide overall leadership for capital management and help develop financial policies relating to capital structure, working capital, treasury operations, and risk management.
