Using evidence-based, strengths-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive practices, the Clinical Program Supervisor oversees service delivery, supports employee development, promotes quality improvement, and ensures alignment with Valle del Sol''s mission, values, and strategic priorities. Program assignments and responsibilities may change based on organizational needs and may include General Mental Health (GMH), Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Birth to Five/Early Childhood Services, Substance Use Treatment, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), School Based, Integrated Behavioral Health, and other specialty programs.
