We are a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care services and are one of Colorado’s Community Centered Boards (CCB), connecting people to federal, state, county, and private funding. The OT will provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to children ages 0-36 months with physical, neurological, genetic, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits.
