The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, daily living skills, and general independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delay. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care in partnership with the client, representative, caregiver(s) and physician(s).
