Evaluates assigned patients and establishes a treatment plan and goals, using data from a variety of sources, such as patient records, interviews, observation, and team members. Outpatient duties require the therapist to treat ages birth to 21+ for developmental, cognitive, self-care, handwriting, sensory, motor, behavior, feeding or social emotional needs.
