Assist with the maintenance of other areas in the dining halls, including but not limited to dining rooms, tray belts, dish room carts, lowerators, bus carts, refrigerator carts, and warming carts. Required to communicate with management, supervisors, and fellow employees about needs for foods, ingredients, and supplies; keep management, supervisors, and workers aware of potential safety and stock rotation problems.
