The ideal candidate must be able to communicate written and verbally, proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for reporting, Word for documentation), multitask, collaborate in a team environment, pay attention to detail in a fast pace manufacturing environment, think outside the box utilizing problem solving skills, and have good organizational skills. Lead and participate in non-conformance investigations to analyze and determine root cause, define corrective actions, preventative actions, and ensure corrective/preventive action implementation and effectiveness coordinate, identify part non-conformance history, and communicate trends.
