What the role does: Serve as the administrative deputy to the Dean, managing day-to-day operations of the PED Office Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures Assist with annual budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial management Facilitate review, tracking, and approval of divisional expenditures Act as the primary administrator for business affairs within the division Coordinate across departments, institutes, and central offices to support operational needs Provide high-level administrative support with professionalism, discretion, and care.
