Works with various offices on campus regarding the departmental research and gift fund accounts, prepares all student Personnel Action forms, coordinates work assignments among other departmental staff and student worker(s), assists with onboarding tasks for new faculty and student hires, and numerous other tasks as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience of reconciling budgets (state and/or grant funds), as well as experience using specific UA systems (Banner, Concur, Everest, Astra, CIM, CLSS, Slate, etc.) and knowledge of the University's financial accounting, purchasing, and travel policies and procedures.
