The role will provide administrative and customer support to position the teams for optimal performance. Essential Functions <ul><li>Primary backup for dispatching, scheduling haulers for daily loads for your site, as needed.</li><li>Responsible for all daily weighing and ticketing of trucks for the site.</li><li>Check and verify daily tickets for accuracy.</li><li>Responsible for all visitor check-ins, safety requirements for visitors and site specific training for the site.</li><li>Scanning and filing daily tickets.</li><li>Responsible for processing all daily cash sales for the site.</li><li>Responsible for updating and compiling daily CAPP report, submitting weekly/monthly to QC lab and plant manager for the site.</li><li>Assist sales coordinator and sales team in communicating quote information or entering quotes as instructed.</li><li>Assist sales coordinator and sales team with job updates, new things happening within the territory or location.</li><li>Responsible for training all backup plant clerks for the site.</li><li>Manage all PO's for territory, work with Area Manager and Plant Managers on billing, invoicing, and other items as needed.</li><li>Assist with safety submissions for the Terre Haute plant as needed.</li><li>Support sales team as appropriate on any customer issues. Offer support on key jobs status. Function as the liaison between the sales, operations and other appropriate internal teams to ensure seamless operation. Provide regular communication between sales and operations team.</li><li>Partner with sales team to identify opportunities for improvement in communication on sales activity and job status.</li><li>Provide accurate and prompt response to all customer inquiries.</li><li>Handle daily phone calls, office mailing, faxing, general office filing.</li></ul><ul><li>Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.</li></ul>Education Qualifications <ul><li>Required High School or Equivalent GED</li></ul> Skills and Abilities <ul><li>Possess outstanding organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.</li><li>Strong ability to communicate with both internal and external individuals.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects, while supporting multiple sales professionals.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build relationship and work in a collaborative and team based environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to create streamlined processes and efficiency.</li></ul> About US Aggregates US Aggregates is a privately held, family-owned business headquartered in Indianapolis. This position will provide general office support and assistance for case workers and clients applying for public assistance. This position will provide customer service and interact directly with the general public, clients, office staff, and other state personnel.  The DFR is responsible for determining eligibility for individuals applying and/or receiving public assistance. Programs include TANF (cash assistance), SNAP, and Medicaid.
